Do I need to buy WHMCS separately?
Not on annual Partner Pro: it includes a WHMCS Plus licence (up to 250 clients), which WHMCS sells directly for $34.95 a month. On other plans and billing cycles you can add it for $13.90 a month. We install it on your account and connect it to your DirectAdmin reseller panel, so orders provision automatically.
Do I need technical skills to resell hosting?
No. The panel handles account creation, email, SSL and backups for you. If something needs a server-level fix, you send it to us and we handle it, under your brand, so your client only ever hears from you.
How much can I actually make?
Most agencies charge £10 to £25 per site per month. On Partner Grow at $26.99 you can host 25 clients, so the plan pays for itself with the first two and everything after that is margin.
Can you move my existing client sites?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Send us the list and we migrate the whole portfolio: files, databases, mailboxes and SSL. Every site stays online during the move and we switch DNS only when you say go.
Will my clients know you exist?
Not unless you tell them. The panel carries your brand, the nameservers are yours, and the emails come from you.
What if it does not work out?
Reseller plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us inside 30 days of your first payment and you get it back, no explanation needed. The one deduction is the WHMCS licence: once issued we cannot return it, so $14.99 is taken off the refund on plans where a licence was activated.
