We already host clients on three different providers. Can you take all of them?
Yes. That is the most common starting point. Send us the list, any control panel, any provider, and we migrate every site to your new panel while the originals stay live. You approve each switch. There is no charge for any of it.
Do our clients see VPSPioneer anywhere?
No. The panel carries your logo and colours, the nameservers are yours (ns1.youragency.com), the notification emails come from you, and support goes through you. What clients see is your hosting service.
What happens when a client has a problem we cannot solve?
You pass it to us and we fix it, under your name. Most agencies forward the ticket and relay the answer; the client never knows a second company was involved. Response is 24/7.
Is this shared hosting or a VPS?
The Partner plans are white-label reseller accounts on our managed platform, which is the right fit for the typical agency portfolio of business sites and small stores. For a client with real traffic we put them on a managed VPS instead, and you keep managing it from the same place.
Is WHMCS really included?
Yes, on annual Partner Pro: a WHMCS Plus licence for up to 250 clients, which costs $34.95 a month bought directly. We install it on your reseller account and connect it to your panel so new client sites provision automatically. On other plans and billing cycles it is a $13.90 a month add-on.
How do we charge clients for it?
However you like. Most agencies fold it into a monthly care plan at £40–150 or bill it as £15–25 per site. On Partner Grow you host 25 sites for $26.99 a month, so the arithmetic works at any of those prices.
What if we want to leave later?
Everything is in a standard DirectAdmin backup format that exports cleanly, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee at the start (less $14.99 if a WHMCS licence was issued, since we cannot return it). We would rather you stay because it works than because leaving is hard.
