Custom web applications
Booking systems, client portals, quoting tools and internal dashboards — the software your business runs on, built around how you actually work.
Custom web applications, WordPress and WooCommerce work, integrations and speed fixes — built by the team that also runs the servers underneath. A fixed quote before we start, and every line of code is yours when we finish.
Six kinds of work we take on. If yours doesn’t fit a box, describe it anyway — the most useful projects rarely do.
Booking systems, client portals, quoting tools and internal dashboards — the software your business runs on, built around how you actually work.
Custom themes and plugins, checkout changes, and the features no plugin quite does. Built properly, so the next update doesn’t undo it.
Slow pages cost rankings and sales. We find what holds your site back — images, scripts, fonts, caching — and fix it until the scores turn green.
Connect the tools you already pay for: payments, CRM, accounting, shipping and APIs. And the spreadsheet that should have been a system years ago.
Starting a hosting company? We set up your billing and client area — branded theme, payment gateways, automated provisioning and domain pricing — ready to take orders.
A set number of development hours every month for updates, fixes and small changes. One place to send requests, answered by people who already know your code.
The same process whether it’s a two-day speed fix or a three-month build.
A few lines is enough to start. Add links, screenshots or an existing brief if you have one — a napkin sketch counts.
We reply within one working day, then send a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. No hourly meter running.
You get a staging link early and an update as each piece lands, so feedback shapes the build instead of arriving after it.
We deploy, test it live and hand over the code, the documentation and every login. Hosting it with us is an option, never a condition.
The things that usually go wrong with outsourced development, and how we make sure they don’t.
The quote is the invoice. If we underestimated, that is our problem. If you add something new, we price it before we build it.
Source code, repository, domain and admin accounts sit in your name from day one. No lock-in, and nothing held back at the end.
The same team runs the servers, so speed, security and backups are designed in — and “it’s a hosting problem” is never an answer you’ll get.
If anything we built doesn’t work as agreed in the first 30 days, we fix it at no charge.
Inherited a half-finished project, or a developer who stopped answering? We read what is there, tell you what is worth keeping, and carry on.
Your idea stays yours. We’re happy to sign your NDA before you share the details.
Open a ticket with our Software Development department from your client area. We already know your setup, so there’s less to explain.
Most work is a fixed price, quoted once we have agreed the scope in writing. Speed optimisation and WHMCS setup have a set price per site, and monthly care is a flat monthly fee for a fixed number of hours. You always know the number before we start.
No. We deploy to whatever hosting you already use. Plenty of clients move to us afterwards because one team for the code and the server is simpler, but that is your call.
Yes, and much of our work is exactly that. We start with a short review, tell you what we found, and quote from there.
You do. Everything we write for you is yours on final payment, delivered in a repository under your account together with the documentation.
You get 30 days of fixes at no charge for anything that does not work as agreed. After that, choose a monthly care plan or ask for a quote whenever you need something — whichever suits you.
Smaller jobs such as speed fixes often start within a few days. Larger builds are scheduled once the scope is signed off, and the delivery date is written into the quote.
A few lines is enough. We reply within one working day with our questions, or a first estimate if we already have what we need.
